This £10 million investment represents a bold leap forward in our commitment to operational excellence, sustainability, and integrated manufacturing.

Why the Move Matters
Our new 6,000 square metre headquarters isn’t just a bigger space—it’s a smarter, more efficient environment designed to bring all four of our companies under one roof:

By co-locating these businesses, we’re streamlining logistics, improving communication, and enabling a more agile response to customer needs across a wide range of industries—from aerospace and automotive to logistics and retail.
Designed for Growth and Sustainability
The facility is strategically located on Brixham Road (A3022) in Paignton, offering easy access and accommodating even the largest articulated lorries for dispatch and collection. But more importantly, it’s built with sustainability in mind. The new site allows us to expand our capacity while reducing energy consumption and embracing greener production practices.
With ample space for modern machinery, high-volume dispatch, and product innovation, we’re well-positioned to continue growing our product lines and services. From injection moulding and toolmaking to technical composite manufacturing and tote box production, our capabilities will now be supported by cutting-edge infrastructure and enhanced team collaboration.
A Phased Transition
Throughout 2022, each division of the CSS Group will be carefully relocated to the new premises. This phased approach ensures a seamless transition for our clients and partners, with no disruption to service or supply. Our team is working diligently behind the scenes to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
